临界数智生产管理和智能设计辅助平台

  • 摘要: 完全自主知识产权的临界数智系统面向我国民用建筑设计企业,提出并构建了民用建筑设计行业集“智能协作生产—人机交互式质量管理—项目全景智能管理—行业专业知识图谱”于一体的全生命周期数据管理平台。平台以用户大数据为核心,通过分析历史项目数据,提炼高频功能模块,形成标准化组件库,缩短设计周期,并通过交互式大数据质量管理系统实现问题实时发现、追踪与知识反哺;提出集团化生产管理数据模块,将任务、工时和进度颗粒化,为决策提供唯一可信数据源。系统整合多专业协同、图形检索、知识推送等功能,形成覆盖文本与图像的多模态高质量数据集,支撑设计生成、质量管控、异常预警等场景。该平台已在万余项目验证,设计效率提升了35%,缺陷率下降了50%,为城市治理与社区满意度提升提供了可复制的行业范式。

     

    Abstract: The critical data intelligence system with fully independent intellectual property rights is oriented to China's civil building design enterprises. It proposes and constructs the first full life cycle data platform in the civil building design industry, which integrates ' intelligent collaborative production-human-computer interactive quality management-project panoramic intelligent management-industry professional knowledge map '. The platform takes the user 's big data as the core, refines the high-frequency functional modules by analyzing the historical project data, forms a standardized component library, shortens the design cycle, and realizes real-time problem discovery, tracking and knowledge feedback through the interactive big data quality management system. The group production management data module is proposed to granulate tasks, working hours and schedules to provide the only credible data source for decision-making. The system integrates multi-disciplinary collaboration, graphic retrieval, knowledge push and other functions to form a multi-modal high-quality data set covering text and image, supporting design generation, quality control, anomaly warning and other scenarios. The platform has been verified in more than ten thousand projects, the design efficiency has increased by 35%, and the defect rate has decreased by 50%, providing a replicable industry paradigm for urban governance and community satisfaction improvement.
