Abstract:
The critical data intelligence system with fully independent intellectual property rights is oriented to China's civil building design enterprises. It proposes and constructs the first full life cycle data platform in the civil building design industry, which integrates ' intelligent collaborative production-human-computer interactive quality management-project panoramic intelligent management-industry professional knowledge map '. The platform takes the user 's big data as the core, refines the high-frequency functional modules by analyzing the historical project data, forms a standardized component library, shortens the design cycle, and realizes real-time problem discovery, tracking and knowledge feedback through the interactive big data quality management system. The group production management data module is proposed to granulate tasks, working hours and schedules to provide the only credible data source for decision-making. The system integrates multi-disciplinary collaboration, graphic retrieval, knowledge push and other functions to form a multi-modal high-quality data set covering text and image, supporting design generation, quality control, anomaly warning and other scenarios. The platform has been verified in more than ten thousand projects, the design efficiency has increased by 35%, and the defect rate has decreased by 50%, providing a replicable industry paradigm for urban governance and community satisfaction improvement.
