Abstract:
This paper, in combination with the Shanxi Xiaohe New City International Conference Center project, has established a complete performance evaluation index system. This system covers five dimensions including finance, product, organization, management and strategy, with a total of 22 evaluation indicators. Firstly, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to determine the weight values of each indicator, and the benefit composition factors and their manifestation forms of BIM technology in the quality control process of large-scale public buildings are deeply studied. Secondly, the extension comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to comprehensively evaluate and quantitatively analyze the input and output status of BIM technology in the field of quality management, in order to measure the feasibility of this quality management model. Finally, the efficiency and achievements generated by the application of BIM technology are fully demonstrated through intuitive data and reliable argumentation methods, providing data support and reference basis for construction enterprises to choose quality management methods.
