Research on Application of Intelligent Equipment in Residential Engineering

  • 摘要: 云南省建投春城华府项目为昆明市五华区精品住宅项目,在施工中积极开展应用“四新技术”,引入行业先进的智能建造机器人,探索采用智能建造解决项目实体质量、安全管理和作业环境等问题。本项目通过人机协作、多机联合作业应用,对建筑机器人进行综合效益评价,打造了智能设备应用的典范,有效节约工程成本,提高工作质效,降低安全风险,具有良好的经济、社会与环保效益,具有可推广性。

     

    Abstract: Yunnan Construction and Investment Holding Group Chuncheng Huafu Project is a boutique residential project in Wuhua District, Kunming. During the construction, "four new technologies" are actively applied, and advanced intelligent construction robots are introduced to explore the use of intelligent construction to solve the problems of physical quality, safety management and working environment. Through the application of human-machine cooperation and multi-machine joint operation, the comprehensive benefits of construction robots are evaluated, which creates a model of intelligent equipment application, effectively saves engineering costs, improves work quality and efficiency, and reduces safety risks. It has good economic, social and environmental benefits and can be popularized.
