Abstract:
In order to improve the construction management efficiency of large-scale public buildings and the penetration rate of BIM throughout the entire life cycle of the project, for the Hangzhou International Sports Center project, a BIM and oblique photography model with high LOD accuracy was constructed. Combined with GIS technology, a construction site map system was developed. Research shows that by efficiently selecting multi-source heterogeneous data, intelligent devices, and advanced architecture design, a simulated map navigation system has been constructed, solving the complex traffic management problems on construction sites. Compared with traditional management methods, it reduces labor costs and accident rates, promotes construction safety and efficient operation, and lays a good foundation for the later operation and maintenance of the building.
