数字孪生赋能浙江省未来社区建设全过程路径探索

Exploration of the Whole Process Path of Empowering Future Community Construction in Zhejiang Province with Digital Twins

  • 摘要: 浙江省未来社区建设的提出有助于化解社会矛盾,更好地满足人民日益增长的多元化需求。目前,现有研究多聚焦于未来社区建设的局部环节,对其全过程实施路径的系统性概括梳理仍显不足。本文结合浙江省未来社区建设要求,基于9大场景集成系统设计与关键技术实施,探索浙江省未来社区数字孪生的总体架构,并通过剖析台州黄岩东浦社区、杭州采荷荷花塘未来社区数字孪生技术在项目智能设计、智能施工和智能运维的全过程实施,提炼出了数字孪生赋能未来社区建设全过程的实施路径。

     

    Abstract: The proposal of future community construction in Zhejiang Province will help resolve social conflicts and better meet the increasingly diverse needs of the people. At present, most of the existing research focuses on a certain aspect of future community construction, with little emphasis on the implementation path objectives of the entire process. This article combines the requirements of future community construction in Zhejiang Province, and explores the overall architecture of digital twins for future communities in Zhejiang Province based on the design and implementation of nine integrated systems and key technologies. By analyzing the implementation of digital twin technology in the entire process of project intelligent design, intelligent construction, and intelligent operation and maintenance of Dongpu Community in Huangyan, Taizhou and Hehuatang Future Community in Caihe, Hangzhou, the implementation path of digital twin empowering the entire process of future community construction is extracted.
