Project Digital Development Framework (PDDF) and BIM Grading Application

  • 摘要: 本文基于BIM与工程管理领域的实践经验,融合集成管理思想、虚拟设计与施工(VDC)及集成数字交付(IDD)等先进理念与方法论,从工程管理多阶段、多主体、多要素统筹视角出发,创新性地构建了项目数字成熟度框架(PDDF)管理模式,并系统阐释其组织架构与核心要素体系。为验证该模式的实际应用价值,本文选取BIM统筹利益分析、BIM咨询服务招标模式及BIM项目管理实践三大典型场景,深入剖析PDDF模式的实施路径与方法。研究成果可为建设工程领域的数字化转型提供理论支撑与方法指导。

     

    Abstract: Drawing upon practical experience in BIM and engineering management, this study integrates advanced concepts and methodologies—including integrated management philosophy, Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), and Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD)—and innovatively constructs a Project Digital Development Framework (PDDF) management model from the perspective of multi-stage, multi-stakeholder, and multi-factor coordination in engineering management. The organizational architecture and core element system of the model are systematically elaborated. To validate its practical applicability, three representative scenarios are examined: BIM overall benefit analysis, BIM consulting service procurement, and BIM project management practice. The implementation pathways and methods of the PDDF model are analyzed in depth within each scenario. The findings provide theoretical support and methodological guidance for digital transformation in the construction engineering domain.
