Abstract:
Drawing upon practical experience in BIM and engineering management, this study integrates advanced concepts and methodologies—including integrated management philosophy, Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), and Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD)—and innovatively constructs a Project Digital Development Framework (PDDF) management model from the perspective of multi-stage, multi-stakeholder, and multi-factor coordination in engineering management. The organizational architecture and core element system of the model are systematically elaborated. To validate its practical applicability, three representative scenarios are examined: BIM overall benefit analysis, BIM consulting service procurement, and BIM project management practice. The implementation pathways and methods of the PDDF model are analyzed in depth within each scenario. The findings provide theoretical support and methodological guidance for digital transformation in the construction engineering domain.
