Abstract:
Drawing upon the practice of a Shikumen block renewal project, this paper constructs a BIM-based multi-disciplinary digital collaborative management system. By integrating emerging technologies—including the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR), and augmented reality (AR)—the system achieves full-process digital integration and intelligent decision-making support spanning planning, surveying, geotechnical investigation, design, and construction. This study establishes the technical roadmap for digital construction management, the information flow mechanism, the platform architecture, and the application effectiveness evaluation framework, thereby providing a reproducible and scalable digital management paradigm for the renewal of historic urban blocks.
