石库门里弄建筑街区更新数字建设管理技术研究

Research on Digital Construction Management Technology for the Renovation of Shikumen Lilong Building Blocks

  • 摘要: 本文结合石库门街区更新项目实践,构建了一套基于BIM的全专业数字化协同管理体系,并引入物联网(IoT)、人工智能(AI)、虚拟现实(VR)及增强现实(AR)等新兴技术,实现对规划、测绘、勘察、设计及施工的全过程数字化集成与智能化辅助决策。本研究形成了数字化建设管理技术路线、信息流转机制、平台架构体系及应用效果评估,为历史街区更新提供了可复制、可推广的数字化管理范式。

     

    Abstract: Drawing upon the practice of a Shikumen block renewal project, this paper constructs a BIM-based multi-disciplinary digital collaborative management system. By integrating emerging technologies—including the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR), and augmented reality (AR)—the system achieves full-process digital integration and intelligent decision-making support spanning planning, surveying, geotechnical investigation, design, and construction. This study establishes the technical roadmap for digital construction management, the information flow mechanism, the platform architecture, and the application effectiveness evaluation framework, thereby providing a reproducible and scalable digital management paradigm for the renewal of historic urban blocks.
