Abstract:
With the accelerating digital transformation of the construction industry, traditional engineering quality acceptance methods, constrained by low efficiency, pronounced subjectivity, and limited coverage, have proven increasingly inadequate for the refined management requirements of modern large-scale complex projects. In this paper, a digital quality acceptance method for panoramic inspection based on building information model (BIM), simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) and image recognition technology is proposed. The BIM model is used to automatically identify the object to be inspected and intelligently plan the inspection path. The SLAM technology is used to compare the inspection coverage in real time to ensure that there is no omission, and the Grounding DINO fine-tuning model is used to dynamically identify and supervise the object to be inspected. Practice shows that the technical system can significantly improve the integrity, accuracy and efficiency of quality acceptance, and provide an effective solution for the fine management of project quality.
