基于BIM模型驱动的全景巡检数字化质量验收技术与应用

  • 摘要: 随着建筑行业数字化转型的深入,传统的工程质量验收方式因其效率低下、主观性强、覆盖不全面等弊端,已难以满足现代大型复杂项目的精细化管理需求。本文提出一种融合建筑信息模型(BIM)、即时定位与地图构建(SLAM)及图像识别技术的全景巡检数字化质量验收方法,即通过BIM模型自动识别待检对象并智能规划巡检路径,利用SLAM技术实时比对巡检覆盖范围确保无遗漏,并借助Grounding DINO微调模型对待检对象进行动态识别与监管。实践表明,该技术体系能显著提升质量验收的完整性、准确性与效率,为工程项目质量精细化管理提供了有效解决方案。

     

    Abstract: With the accelerating digital transformation of the construction industry, traditional engineering quality acceptance methods, constrained by low efficiency, pronounced subjectivity, and limited coverage, have proven increasingly inadequate for the refined management requirements of modern large-scale complex projects. In this paper, a digital quality acceptance method for panoramic inspection based on building information model (BIM), simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) and image recognition technology is proposed. The BIM model is used to automatically identify the object to be inspected and intelligently plan the inspection path. The SLAM technology is used to compare the inspection coverage in real time to ensure that there is no omission, and the Grounding DINO fine-tuning model is used to dynamically identify and supervise the object to be inspected. Practice shows that the technical system can significantly improve the integrity, accuracy and efficiency of quality acceptance, and provide an effective solution for the fine management of project quality.
