基于数值模拟的软岩隧道仰拱病害治理措施研究

Research on the Treatment Measures for the Arching Distress of Soft Rock Tunnels Based on Numerical Simulation

  • 摘要: 为了研究既有公路隧道仰拱结构病害及防治,本文以云岭隧道为依托,通过现场勘察等技术手段,采用FLAC3D数值模拟分析软件对隧道仰拱起鼓的原因、仰拱各位置受力情况和安全系数进行分析,发现当前仰拱结构已经出现破损开裂。为提高仰拱结构稳定性与安全性,提出了加强连接筋加固仰拱、增加仰拱曲率和内嵌式套拱+隧底注浆3种加固方案,并通过数值模拟各方案的加固效果。结果表明:各方案使仰拱结构隆起值降低了64.4%,有效控制了仰拱变形量;在塑性区体积变化中,各方案大幅度减缓了仰拱所受拉应力的破坏,提高了仰拱结构稳定性;各方案对仰拱各位置的安全系数均有不同程度的提高,可以为此类隧道出现的仰拱结构病害和处治提供参考。

     

    Abstract: To investigate the distress mechanisms and remediation measures for the inverted arch structure of existing highway tunnels, this study takes the Yunling Tunnel as the engineering background. Through field investigations and FLAC 3D numerical simulations, the causes of inverted arch heave are systematically analyzed, and the stress distribution and safety factors at various locations of the inverted arch are evaluated. The results reveal that the existing inverted arch structure has already developed cracking and damage. On the basis of enhancing structural stability and safety, three remediation schemes are proposed: (1) reinforcing the inverted arch with strengthened connecting bars, (2) increasing the curvature radius of the inverted arch, and (3) an embedded secondary arch combined with tunnel invert grouting. The reinforcement effectiveness of each scheme is evaluated through numerical simulation. The results indicate that all three schemes reduce the heave displacement of the inverted arch by up to 64.4%, effectively controlling the deformation. Regarding plastic zone volume evolution, each scheme significantly mitigates tensile stress-induced damage to the inverted arch, thereby improving structural stability. Furthermore, all schemes yield varying degrees of improvement in the safety factors at different locations of the inverted arch, enhancing overall structural safety. These findings can serve as a reference for the treatment of inverted arch distress in similar tunnels.
