面向BIM自动图审的房屋空间构件检测方法

Method and Application Example of Building Spatial Component Detection for BIM Automatic Drawing Review

  • 摘要: 基于BIM实现自动图审对于促进建筑业高质量发展具有重要意义,但现有自动图审技术难以解决不规则房型构件通用检测问题。为此,本文提出面向BIM自动图审的房屋空间构件检测方法。该方法通过建立房间地面模型、计算房间高度作为房间生长高度,向指定方向生长指定高度,形成一个不规则多面体,然后整合搜索结果。整合搜索结果时可准确获取封闭的房间底面轮廓几何信息和房间高度信息,并设置精准的过滤条件以得到符合要求的构件。最后,结合Revit及C#代码,给出了应用实例。本方法能有效搜索到不同房型内的构件,具有实用性和通用性,可为基于BIM技术的施工图自动审查提供更好的支持。

     

    Abstract: Automatic drawing review based on BIM is of great significance to promote the high-quality development of the construction industry. However, the existing automatic drawing review technology is difficult to solve the general detection problem of irregular room components. This paper proposes a method of building space component detection for BIM automatic drawing review. This method forms an irregular polyhedron by establishing a room ground model, calculating the room height as the room growth height, and growing the specified height in the specified direction. The search results are then integrated. When integrating the search results, the closed geometric information of the bottom contour of the room and the height information of the room can be accurately obtained. By setting accurate filtering conditions to obtain components that meet the requirements. Finally, combined with Revit and C# code, an application example is given. This method can effectively search the components in different room types, which is practical and universal, and can provide better support for the automatic review of construction drawings based on BIM technology.
