Abstract:
This paper takes Guangzhou as an example to study the practical application of the new generation of information technology in the field of urban planning and renewal. Driven by the needs of policy guidance and regional development, this technology provides support for the construction of urban physical examination evaluation visualization platform and the intelligent transformation of infrastructure. Based on the experience of Guangzhou, this paper explores the problem and analyzes its development law. Combined with the relevant data of Maoming City, the new paradigm of digital, intelligent and refined urban management is practiced. The research results show that relevant practices have both economic and social benefits. This study can provide a useful reference for the deep integration of the new generation of information technology and urban planning renewal and even the improvement of the modernization level of urban governance.
