Through a questionnaire survey of the actual situation in the BIM application of Guangxi Liuzhou construction units, about BIM in the current application status of the construction industry in Liuzhou and Guangxi are in the application and popularization of the bottleneck problem. Based on statistical analysis of the survey data, put forward some suggestions for the development of BIM application, BIM technology to provide reference for further popularization.
