Abstract:
In recent years, thanks to the continuous development of concrete 3D printing technology, the quality of printed products has attracted more and more attention. The geometric characteristics of printed products have become an important index to evaluate the printing quality. Aiming at solving a series of problems existing in the current 3D printing concrete geometric feature extraction methods e.g. complex process, limited precision and lack of evaluation indicators, this paper designs an automatic extraction method of 3D printing concrete geometric features based on machine vision. Firstly, the camera array deployment method is used to obtain the original image which is orthodontic to improve the image quality. Then, the geometric features of printed products are extracted by semantic segmentation model U-Net, after which the results are optimized. Finally, through the quantitative index value, it is visualized and the print result is evaluated. Experiments have shown that the geometric feature automatic extraction method proposed in this paper has significant advantages such as fast speed and high accuracy. In addition, systematic evaluation indicators can provide reference for the quality evaluation of concrete 3D printing.

Abstract:
The automatic calculation system for pipeline carbon emissions is of great significance for predicting carbon emissions and researching pathways to reduce carbon emissions during the pipeline design process. Aiming at carbon neutrality goals and meeting up with "Building Carbon Emission Calculation Standard," the main pipeline materials and their carbon emission factors are summarized and compiled in this paper. According to the BIM modeling specifications, corresponding calculation standards are specified. Then, based on the data of pipe quantity, specifications, materials, etc., in the Revit model, the carbon emission factor method is adopted, and the functionality of automatically calculating pipeline carbon emissions is implemented through secondary development by using C# + RevitAPI. This system can help designers quickly obtain relatively accurate estimates of pipeline carbon emissions and optimize carbon emissions during the design process. Therefore, the system has broad application prospect and market value.

Abstract:
3D laser scanning technology is applied to assist the dimensional quality inspection of houses, which can solve the problems of high labor consumption and low detection rate of traditional manual measurement methods. However, the collected point cloud data usually need to be manually segmented to extract the inspection plane, which is inefficient. Therefore, this paper proposes an engineering dimensional quality inspection method based on semantic segmentation of laser point cloud, including four aspects: point cloud data simplification, intelligent plane segmentation, intelligent semantic recognition, and dimensional quality inspection. This method effectively realizes the automatic segmentation of the point cloud data of the houses, and can automatically measure the indoor top and bottom plate elevation difference, door and window opening dimensions and other indexes based on the 3D point cloud data, which is expected to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the acceptance work of the quality of construction projects.

Abstract:
Browser-based Web3D applications have become one of the main carriers of digital displays and applications after the launch of the Digital China Plan. The current mainstream Web3D engines are encapsulated based on WebGL. However, there are problems in calling GPU computing and rendering capabilities, which fails to support new-generation graphics and computing technologies e.g. Ray Tracing and meet the needs of future Web3D applications. Therefore, this paper introduces and explores a new Web3D graphics API WebGPU. The results in the paper show that the performance of the original unoptimized WebGPU is far superior to WebGL. Moreover, it excels in the good rendering computer system, low resource consumption, multithreading support, strong underlying compatibility, and excellent performance. It has a high degree of fit with the engineering industry, which can be a good option for the future digital China-related engineering industry platform Web3D graphics API.

Abstract:
The section steel skeleton is built in the ordinary light steel keel partition wall to meet the performance requirements of the ultra-high partition wall. However, as for the large volume and complex structure, it is difficult to realize the accurate calculation of engineering quantities. Therefore, combined with the "Light Steel Keel Gypsum Board Partition Wall and Ceiling" (07CJ03-1), this paper explores the arrangement law of keel without relying on the three-dimensional model and further creates WPF application by employing C# language to compile measurement rules, which finally realizes the rapid calculation of the engineering quantity of ultra-high light steel keel partition wall and improves the takeoff efficiency. The data of an actual project is extracted in the paper. Comparing the exported engineering quantity with the consumption calculated according to the specification, the error of the results meets the requirements.

Abstract:
Over-segmentation caused by conventional RANSAC plane segmentation and extraction frequently occurs in oblique photographic point cloud plane segmentation of complex building shapes. In this paper, combined with the characteristics of building point clouds in oblique photography, a single building key plane segmentation and extraction method based on the statistical values of architectural features within the community is proposed. Firstly, the planes were merged according to the statistical values of the distance and angle of the building planes in the community. Secondly, the vertical plane was optimized according to the slope statistics. Thirdly, the plane was filtered and optimized according to the statistical value of plane point density and the characteristic structure. Finally, the optimal extraction of key building planes was realized. It has been verified that this method has an accuracy rate of 95.80% and a recall rate of 96.21% for the extraction of key feature plane information e.g. the bottom plane, wall, and roof of a single building, which can provide the basic data for the subsequent automatic construction of building information modeling.

Abstract:
In order to improve the efficiency of the underground pipe network of the runway in the international metropolis, the BIM clash technology is combined with the characteristics of the construction of the underground pipe network of the airport. From the experience of the construction practice of the three runways project of the Hong Kong International Airport, this paper establishes a standardized clash coordination work flow and clash detection rules for the underground pipe network of the airport runway, and then the clash detection, coordination and scheme adjustment of the underground pipe network system of the airport runway are carried out according to these rules and processes. This paper also manages to accurately record and track the state and scheme of each clash conflict resolution in the form of model, table and mutual verification, so as to realize the clash resolution status and record real-time viewable. After the clash and scheme adjustment, the construction clash coordination deepening map and adjustment record are output according to the powerful drawing characteristics of Civil 3D software. With design approval and confirmation, it is used as a formal construction deepening drawing to directly guide the on-site construction, thus effectively improving the construction coordination efficiency of the airport underground pipe network, reducing the project rework and material waste, and reducing the project construction cost.

Abstract:
Graphic statics consists of interactive force diagram and form diagram. Form diagram generated by force diagram plays a very positive role in structural form design in protocol stage. Firstly, this paper explores that the prototype of force diagram should have an appropriate abstract level, which is moderately abstract concept representation according to the theory of cognitive psychology. Secondly, it constructs its 2D lineage from 5 aspects, e.g. the direction of structural internal force, the number of supports, the component form, the load distribution and the load decomposition. At last, this paper determines the number of parameters and figures out the relations between parameters and writes a program to generate many structural forms. This paper aims at the improvement of interaction level, which makes it easier to operate force diagram when architects conceive projects.

Abstract:
This paper introduces artificial intelligence methods in structural design, and further proposes a method for expressing building structural features, and constructs an automatic design method for frame structures centered on generating adversarial networks. In the data preprocessing stage, this paper proposes building feature expression methods and structural feature expression methods by analyzing building structural drawings. During constructing algorithm models, the adversarial algorithm is trained and generated under limited data to learn framework structure layout. A framework structure automatic layout model containing component size information is constructed based on building information, and evaluation indicators are proposed to quantify the structural design ability of the model. In the case study in this paper, the framework structure automatic layout model constructed is used to complete the automatic design of an actual building, which verifies the improvement of the proposed method in structural design efficiency.

Abstract:
The cold-formed thin-walled steel structure residence is widely used in low-rise light-steel structure residence with rapid construction demand because of its light weight, small seismic response and high installation accuracy. However, due to the limitations of the relevant structural modeling and calculation software in the industry, the design of cold-formed thin-walled steel structures has always remained at the two-dimensional design level. This paper has innovated the secondary development plug-in based on Revit2017, and realized the BIM positive design of cold-formed thin-walled steel structures for the first time in the industry, and integrated a full-professional collaborative design platform with automatic modeling and structural calculation. Through the function-based modular house design, the industrial product thinking is introduced in the design stage. Considering different living needs, the functional spaces e.g. bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom are designed into several standardized functional modules, which form a diversified flat through module combination. An open modular database suitable for each functional space of cold-formed thin-walled steel composite wallboard houses has been initially established, which provides a basis for deepening architectural design and standardization of wallboard splitting. Integrating the BIM intelligent building system and compiling the algorithm according to the specification requirements, the intelligent production of light steel keel has been realized in the design stage by realizing the functions include: rapid keel generation and 3D modeling, generation of calculation sheets and design drawings, deepening of details and calculation, docking of production and manufacturing equipment and automatic transmission of production and manufacturing data.
