Summary of the Research on BIM Application Technology in the Life Cycle of Prefabricated Buildings

  • With the rapid development of the country's market economy, prefabricated concrete buildings based on BIM technology have become an important way to improve the construction industry. There are many domestic scholars on BIM technology research, but it usually refers to a certain stage or aspect. Technology is rarely used in the whole life cycle of prefabricated concrete buildings. This paper analyzes and summarizes the research on the role of BIM technology in the life cycle of prefabricated concrete buildings. The results show that BIM technology can effectively improve the design, production and construction level of prefabricated concrete buildings. The production chain to operation and maintenance is closer and more reasonable.
