Research on the Application of Whole-Process Engineering Management Based on the BIMBase Platform

  • This paper explores the integration capabilities of domestically developed BIM technology in whole-process construction project management, using the Hubei East Lake Laboratory project as a case study. The study employs the BIMBase platform, a domestic BIM design software, for comprehensive BIM design and optimization. A whole-process project management platform, "CITIC Digital Intelligence, " is developed on the BIMBase platform to facilitate collaborative design-build management and project delivery. The implementation of this platform establishes a comprehensive project management application system based on domestic BIM technology, significantly enhancing project collaboration and efficiency. The findings provide valuable insights for similar projects aiming to adopt comprehensive BIM-based management approaches.
