Research on Integrated Management and Control Technology of Smart Buildings Based on Digital Twins

  • To address the issues of numerous building equipment specialties, non-intuitive operation and control, high energy consumption, and the severe "data silo" phenomenon, this study explores the comprehensive control technology for smart buildings based on BIM, Internet of Things (IoT), and digital twins. BIM technology is used to realistically restore the virtual scene of all building elements, integrating massive real-time data from various specialized equipment, and effectively combining it with IoT data to achieve building visualization and intelligent control. This paper summarizes a comprehensive control solution for smart buildings based on digital twin technology. The results show that this solution effectively improves building operation efficiency, completely eliminates "data silos, " and has significant potential for broader application.
