The current development of building information model is unique in the field of civil construction. The requirements for model visualization and re-application of attribute information data have become higher and higher. Therefore, a platform that can undertake information model and data, model rendering and component information viewing is needed. This paper studies the analogy selection and regular processing of information model data description, geometric model data and attribute parameter data, and designs three modules of data management and processing, three-dimensional rendering and UI interface in the framework of the visualization platform. The application description describes the visualization platform undertakes data sources for model display, visual rendering and receiving the data information of the construction object description from the data source. Based on Revit platform, a set of plug-in for viewing model transfer visualization platform is developed, which realizes the effective integration of 3D model format and attribute information, and provides data conversion ideas for the subsequent intelligent construction, intelligent operation and maintenance of attribute information data.
