Discussion on Structured Storage and Application Scenarios of BIM Data in Shenzhen

  • With the gradual deepening of digital transformation in the construction industry, BIM models, as the carrier of engineering information data, have not played their due data value throughout the entire lifecycle of the project. To more effectively mine and apply the data value of BIM models. this paper is based on the BIM-related standards of Shenzhen, classifies buildings, components, spaces, and system objects according to the semantic dictionary standard, and Form corresponding component and space type tables, and design project business information into business logic tables according to certain rules. At the same time, store relevant tables in a structured manner according to OLTP data architecture. Meanwhile, the classified data is stored in a warehousing manner. Finally, based on this, we attempt to apply the data to relevant scenarios, such as data query and statistics for engineering projects, and comparison of non-homologous models.
