Research on Intelligent Construction Application of Large Industrial Parks Based on BIM

  • The intelligent construction technology system based on BIM technology is developing rapidly in the current construction industry. This paperpaper focuses on large-scale industrial park projects and achieves the positioning and collaborative work of multiple sections, multiple units, and multiple professional models through BIM design under a shared coordinate system. At the same time, in response to typical BIM applications during the construction phase, BIM technology was used as a means to carry out in-depth design, drawing, and installation simulation for external facades, steel structure corridors, and mechanical and electrical pipelines; And optimized the design and engineering quantity statistics of the site, with significant application results. The research results provide effective reference and inspiration for similar projects.
