Research on the Construction of Intelligent Construction Application and Delivery System based on BIM

  • In response to the pain points of BIM construction projects involving multiple specialties, multiple component assignment parameters, and a large amount of data adjustment workload in the later stage. This paper takes the BIM application project of Rongsheng Kindergarten as an example and independently develops an intelligent BIM based application delivery system based on Revit. The BIM construction delivery system includes functional modules such as one-key assignment, attribute inspection, and model separation, forming a set of intelligent and standardized construction application process, which greatly improves work efficiency and project quality. The research of BIM construction application system provides a supporting technical platform for the implementation of BIM construction application projects in the future, and has the universality of industry promotion.
