The Calculation of the Bearing Capacity of a Prefabricated Steel Pipe-concrete Composite Column Based on Revit

  • With the transformation and development of the construction industry towards intelligence and informatization, Building Information Modeling (BIM) has gradually become an important tool and method in the industry. Three-dimensional design through BIM technology can be used as a way to develop the informatization of prefabricated buildings. At present, the single Revit software cannot meet all the design functions of prefabricated buildings. However, as one of the most commonly used software in the BIM field, Revit has rich development interfaces, can export multiple file formats, and can achieve the effect of applying a model to the entire project through secondary development. In this paper, C# language is used through the Visual Studio 2019 platform for secondary development of Revit, creating a parameterized family library of composite columns with sleeve plate steel tubes and concrete, and a compliance verification program, to achieve rapid drawing, standardized modeling, and compliance verification of composite columns with sleeve plate steel tubes and concrete.
