Research on the Application of BIM Technology in Large-scale Industrial Parks

  • With the continuous development and maturity of Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology, its application in the planning, design, construction and management of large-scale industrial parks is becoming more and more extensive. The purpose of this paper is to explore the specific application of BIM technology in the construction stage of large-scale industrial parks and the benefits it brings. By analyzing the application of BIM technology in site planning and layout, M&E pipeline deepening, steel structure scheme simulation, and smart site platform application, this paper reveals how BIM technology can optimize the construction process, reduce costs, and improve project delivery speed. Finally, the paper looks forward to the future development trend of BIM technology and puts forward relevant suggestions, in order to provide reference for peers.
