Abstract
Improper high formwork support can easily cause collapse, seriously affecting the safety of construction personnel. Reviewing and demonstrating the construction plan can effectively prevent accidents from occurring. At this stage, the demonstration of special construction plan for high supporting mold is still based on textual review, which does not have three-dimensional visibility, and it is difficult to visualize whether the key components are reasonably set up or not. Therefore, this paper develops an automatic review system for the compliance of the special construction plan of supporting mold using BIM technology and rule reasoning to realize the automation and visualization of the hidden danger review. Firstly, common scaffolding text specifications are transformed into computer-recognizable review rules and stored in the rule base. Secondly, based on SQL Server, Visual Studio and Revit software, an automatic review system for compliance of the special construction plan for supporting molds is developed, and the model information is compared with the rules in the rule base to realize the automation and visualization of the review. Finally, the feasibility of the method is verified by taking the setting of fastener-type double-row scaffolding connecting wall members of a special construction program for a super dangerous large formwork project as an example.
