Research on BIM Construction Collaborative Management and Control Mode of Binhai County Talent Apartment Project

  • As a product of ' job-housing balance ' orientation under the background of new urbanization, commercial and residential large-scale complex (commercial service and residential function composite building) has become an important carrier for attracting innovative talents and cultivating regional economic vitality by integrating commercial services, talent apartments and innovation incubation space. Its project construction usually has the difficulties of large building volume, strict cost control, tight construction period and high public attention. BIM technology has become the core tool to solve the efficiency, cost and quality problems of the construction industry through information integration and scheme optimization. Taking the talent apartment project in Binhai County as an example, this paper analyzes the key and difficult points of its construction management, and uses BIM technology to carry out full professional collaborative management, which provides a reusable digital transformation path for the same type of commercial and residential complex project.
