Research and Application of Private Cloud-Based BIM Design Collaborative Management Platform

  • At present, the country is vigorously promoting digital transformation, and BIM is an important technology in the digital transformation of the construction industry. BIM positive design faces problems such as lack of design process management and difficulty in ensuring design standardization. Starting from the practical needs of BIM positive design and data security, this article independently developed a BIM design collaborative management platform based on private cloud, which has the characteristics of private cloud deployment and task driven design collaboration mechanism, and has been applied in a hospital project in Wuhan. The results indicate that collaborative platforms can improve the overall management level and design efficiency of BIM positive design, and have wide application and market value.
