Research on Automatic Review Method for Platform BIM Model Based on Parameterization Technology

  • At present, the country is vigorously promoting digital transformation, and BIM is an important technology in the digital transformation of the construction industry. BIM synchronous design is a mainstream project level BIM technology application process, in which reviewing the consistency between BIM models and 2D drawings is of great significance. At present, the relevant BIM review functions are mainly provided by third-party plugins or BIM collaborative design management platform software, mainly applied to BIM forward design. However, the goal of BIM positive design review is different from that of synchronous design review, lacking the review function in terms of consistency between drawings and models. Due to the large number of components, complex space, and multiple component information standards in BIM models, combined with the existing problems of massive component information, complex graphic information, and scattered data information in 2D drawings, the consistency review cycle of drawings and models is long, difficult, and the accuracy and efficiency of review are low. The research content of this article aims to provide a way to improve the overall management level and review efficiency of BIM synchronous design.
