Exploration of Application Scenarios of DeepSeek Empowering BIM Engineering Management Platforms

  • The BIM-based engineering management platform primarily focuses on digital application scenarios of the "Three Controls, Three Managements, and One Coordination" in construction projects. By deploying DeepSeek locally on the platform and integrating technologies like RAG and Agent, the platform leverages generative and reasoning capabilities of AI to establish an engineering management Q&A knowledge base. Initial research and implementation explore the integration of large language models with engineering management platforms. This approach enables AI-driven engineering data governance, BIM model information exchange, and construction schedule control, enhancing workflow efficiency and management accuracy. It empowers modules such as cost estimation, safety monitoring, and quality inspection, while constructing a 3D visual cost decision hub and closing the loop for lifecycle fund flow management. The platform also establishes a safety situational awareness system, advancing intelligent construction, decision-making, and collaborative management in the construction industry.
