Research on the Application of BIM-based Clear Height Control Technology in Comprehensive Pipeline Layout of Office Buildings

  • This paper conducts an in-depth study on the application of Building Information Modeling (BIM)-based clear height control technology in comprehensive pipeline layout for office buildings. This paper analyzes the engineering difficulties and BIM application difficulties faced by the project from multiple perspectives of design and construction, and expounds the basic characteristics of electromechanical pipelines. The implementation problems of design preposition, early simulation, process control and pipeline installation of underground and aboveground parts are put forward. The final implementation effect is summarized, and the idea of meeting the maximum clearance requirement under the condition of limit layer height is solved.
