Special and Standard BIM Inspection Management System Development and Related Application Practice in Comprehensive Construction Projects

  • In the practice of BIM comprehensive application in complex projects, due to the large differences in multi-specialty and multi-subcontracting levels, it is difficult to adapt to the standard requirements of the hospital standard and the regional review platform. Manual review adjustment time is long, resulting in high cost pain points always exist. In addition, the rules of traditional inspection tools are solidified and cannot dynamically adapt to multi-platform standards. This paper aims to establish a lightweight BIM system platform. It emphasizes the combination of lightweight engine and lightweight technology of interaction layer, the definition of JSON format metadata rules, the parallel processing technology of TPL, and the batch modification of parameters by calling Revit API based on rule mapping library. The proposed method not only realizes the configuration of the inspection platform operation web page, the visual dynamic rule configuration of the engineer and the optimization of the multi-project platform task process, but also realizes the automatic intelligent view, review and adjustment process, which greatly improves the BIM project practice. The work efficiency of multi-platform rule review and adjustment.
