Digital Design Evaluation Method Based on Engineering Tasks

  • As a critical pathway for high-quality development of the construction industry, intelligent construction represents an innovative model that integrates multiple technologies with intelligent systems at its core. Driven by national policies, China has designated 24 pilot cities to accelerate the establishment of technical implementation plans and project evaluation systems. Unlike traditional evaluation methods that merely aggregate technology application points, this paper proposes a digital design evaluation method based on engineering tasks. By defining evaluation indicators and weights, this method accommodates the requirements of diverse project types and task granularities while offering superior scalability.Furthermore, the validity and operability of the method have been verified through pilot evaluations of actual engineering cases.This method has since been adopted as the basis for project evaluation in the Standard for Intelligent Construction of Building Project, providing the industry with a practical and replicable solution for intelligent construction evaluation
