Research and Application of Digital Integrated Delivery Mode

  • To solve the problems of fragmented construction project lines, serious cost waste, and frequent rework, the authors proposed a digital integrated delivery model to support the full lifecycle application of construction projects. This paper aims to implement this model. Firstly, the digital integration delivery model was defined and requirements were established; Secondly, a digital integrated delivery platform was designed to support the digital integrated delivery mode; Finally, the digital integrated delivery model proposed and implemented in this paper, as well as the platform, were validated and analyzed through engineering practice. This mode helps improve management efficiency, reduce management costs, and promote the improvement of engineering project management level.
