Research on General Contracting Collaborative Management Platform Based on Container Cloud

  • Aiming at the pain points of low efficiency of multi-party collaboration, lagging resource scheduling and rigid architecture in general contracting project management in the construction industry, this study proposes an innovative solution of collaborative management platform based on container cloud technology. By integrating the environmental consistency guarantee, elastic scaling and microservicing support capabilities of container cloud, the adaptability of traditional platforms in dynamic business scenarios is systematically solved. The research constructs a decoupled architecture of "platform +application", deeply integrating high-availability clusters, service grids, and DevOps technologies to achieve cross-organizational service communication optimization, dynamic resource scheduling, and full life-cycle agile delivery. Typical case validation shows that the platform can significantly improve the efficiency of design change collaboration, optimize the response mechanism of hazard monitoring, and form a reusable standardized technical asset library, providing key technical support for the transformation of the general engineering contracting management mode to intelligence and service. The research results provide a theoretical framework and practical paradigm for the application of cloud-native technologies in the construction industry, helping the industry's digital transformation and high-quality development.
