BIM is the new technology which changes the whole field of traditional building, we can see its valuable applications through the whole process of designing, constructing and operating. During the designing process of "Sanya Feiermeng Hongshulin Hotel" programme, we made our exploring steps towards parameter designing, BIM special -structural-element designing and BIM-coordination.
