An Open Framework Of Project Information Management System
The notion of project information management system (PIMS) has existed for decades.But by now, those who work in the area can not draw a consensus and common understanding of PIMS, and there are no industrially stable PIMS in existence.This paper aims to analyze the cause, and presents the authors'view.Authors proffer an open framework of PIMS as a reference for software development in the area.
