BIM technology is in the rapid development today, it has brought another new technological changes to the architectural design after hand-painted to two-dimensional CAD.BIM technology throughout from design to construction site and from information collected to the project management, similarly bring a new revolution to the traditional professional equipment designed.Software as a tool for technology inevitably have a major impact on the realization of the design outcomes.This paper depends on AECO sim Building Designer as a modeling tool.Through building a three-dimensional model and functional applications such as collision detection.It shows the applications value of BIM technology software in the construction equipment design.
