The core idea of BIM is data sharing, collaborative design, simulation of building and construction auxiliary.This paper analyzes the BIM concept and its implementation basis and the latest BIM software group, and introduces its all-round application in the Tianjin Dongjiang Bonded Port International Commodity Exhibition Cente large integrated commercial body amply through the project structure design, detail design, lattice of outer eaves and it's model building, comprehensive pipeline design and so on.
