The construction industry is important to the development of our national economy.For a long time, the construction enterprises have been faced up with problems such as extensive management, high energy consumption, labor intensive, and low profit.How to use the advanced technology to enhance the management level of construction project becomes very necessary and urgent.This paper adopts BIM technology to enhance the management ideas of construction stage and build up BIM management organization schemes, and introduces the application of the results of BIM in the construction stage.
