摘要:智慧社区作为智慧城市的基本单元,在提升城市功能、改善居住环境等方面发挥着重要作用。本研究以广州市聚龙湾城市更新项目为研究案例,探讨了BIM技术与数据获取技术在智慧社区建造中的结合应用,提出了基于“以设计为智慧社区技术和数据集成主体”的建造模式。研究结果表明,通过BIM技术的数据整合与分析,能够有效优化社区的工程资源配置,提升社区运营效率。该建造模式能够为城市更新中的智慧社区提供一种可持续发展的思路,有助于推动智慧城市的建设。
Abstract: Smart communities, as the basic unit of smart cities, play an important role in enhancing urban functions and improving the living environment. Taking a renewal project in Guangzhou as a case study, this paper discusses the combined application of BIM technology and data acquisition technology in the construction of smart communities, and proposes a construction model based on "design as the main body of smart community technology and data integration". The results show that the data integration and analysis of BIM technology can effectively optimize the allocation of engineering resources in the community and improve the operational efficiency of the community. This construction model can provide a sustainable development idea for smart communities in urban renewal and help promote the comprehensive construction of smart cities.
