摘要:随着十四五期间“双碳”目标的提出,装配式装修因其低碳、节能和环保等特点得到了迅速推广。BIM技术作为建筑工业化和信息化融合的重要工具,但在装配式装修工程中的应用仍处于探索阶段。因此,为解决BIM技术在装配式装修领域应用受阻问题,本文利用BIM技术与Web技术,结合装配式装修构件模块化发展趋势及BIM技术在装配式装修领域的应用现状,基于Visual Studio 2019开发出一套适用于装配式装修族和模组的管理系统,提出了装配式装修构件库管理系统架构,提高模组的利用率和建模效率。该系统为装配式装修构件库规范化管理提供参考,促进BIM技术在装配式装修领域的进一步发展。
Abstract: With the proposal of the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality during the 14th Five Year Plan period, prefabricated decoration has been rapidly promoted due to its characteristics of low carbon, energy conservation, and environmental protection. BIM technology, as an important tool for the integration of construction industrialization and informatization, has become an indispensable part of the development cycle of the entire construction industry. However, its application in prefabricated decoration projects is still in the exploratory stage. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of hindered application of BIM technology in the field of prefabricated decoration, this article utilizes BIM technology and web technology, combined with the modular development trend of prefabricated decoration components and the current application status of BIM technology in the field of prefabricated decoration. Based on Visual Studio 2019, a management system suitable for prefabricated decoration families and modules is developed. The architecture of the prefabricated decoration component library management system is proposed to break down the barriers of information sharing. To improve the utilization rate of modules, modules and family files can be directly downloaded and arranged to improve modeling efficiency. This system provides reference for the standardized management of prefabricated decoration component libraries and promotes the further development of BIM technology in the field of prefabricated decoration.
