November 2008, held in New York Foreign Relations Council, IBM proposed the wisdom of the earth, this concept, and gradually known to everyone. In 2010, IBM officially put forward the Wisdom of the City vision, hoping to contribute to the development of the world and China′s urban power. Since then, the Smart City gradually in the domestic air plant in the government and other organizations, and under the support of like a raging fire. Based on the development of BIM and GIS technology, it has laid a solid foundation for the smart city construction. In this paper, the concept of BIM, GIS and the wisdom of the city briefly, described in detail in the BIM and GIS combined with the construction of the wisdom of the city intelligent traffic management, urban planning, city development, three field of vision and can bring our vital interests. The fast modeling technology, combined with the development of the wisdom of the city of APP, we will be in the mobile terminal(mobile phone, iPad and other equipment)on to participate in the construction of smart city, and enjoy the wisdom of the city to bring intelligence of our life, it will not be far away from us.
