摘要:BIM(Building Information Modeling)是改变当前建筑业传统工作模式的新技术，从设计、建造到运维各环节都有实际的应用价值。在“三亚海棠湾红树林费尔蒙度假酒店项目”设计过程中，我们从参数化设计、BIM异形结构构件设计和BIM协同等方面进行了尝试，在这里与大家分享一些经验。
Abstract: BIM is the new technology which changes the whole field of traditional building, we can see its valuable applications through the whole process of designing, constructing and operating. During the designing process of "Sanya Feiermeng Hongshulin Hotel" programme, we made our exploring steps towards parameter designing, BIM special -structural-element designing and BIM-coordination. Now, we want to share the experience.
