摘要:本文介绍了国外的建筑节能软件应用情况,主要介绍美国环保局推出的建筑能效评价工具“能源之星”Energy Star软件项目开发背景、基本情况、技术路线,并对我国已开展的建筑能效比对方面的工作做论述。该文章建议我国在开发建筑物能效基准比对工具时要多渠道扩大建筑物能效基础数据库,并确定适合我国的建筑物能效比对的基础数据,建立基于互联网的中国建筑能效基准比对工具。
Abstract: This article introduces the application of building energy efficiency software in foreign countries, studies the development background, overview and technical route of the "Energy Star" project launched by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and analyses the building energy efficiency comparison work carried out in China. This article suggests that China should enlarge the data base of building energy efficiency through multiple channels when developing building energy efficiency comparison tools, find basic data that are suitable for building energy efficiency comparison in China, and develop internet-based building energy efficiency comparison tools.
