摘要:基于BIM技术的三维管综设计在国内已经应用了多年,但由于其关系复杂、布置灵活、跨阶段等原因,不管是设计院还是施工单位,三维管综的相关研究成果较粗浅,缺乏可参照性。本文总结本公司既往项目的BIM管综设计经验,结合浙江鑫达医院项目的应用案例,着重介绍基于复杂建筑的BIM管综设计标准流程和方法,并对BIM管综设计的思路和经验进行了总结。
Abstract: BIM-based 3D integrated pipeline design has been implemented in China for many years, but dueto those reasons such as complexities, flexibilities and cross-stages, there is few relevant researches to provideenough reference from design and construction companies. This paper has concluded the experience of adoptingBIM in integrated pipeline design from our company's previous projects, integrated with the case of Zhejiang XindaHospital Project to highlight the Standard Methods and Procedures (SMP) of integrated pipeline design by usingBM based on complex buildings and to summarize the overall process experience of BM based integrated pipelinedesign.
