摘要:随着建筑行业不断发展,BIM技术应运而生。但是在实际工程中,BIM技术的深化应用中存在较大投资决策风险,从而导致BIM技术的推广落地遇到了一定的障碍。本文综合BIM技术应用中的实际问题和文献综述等确定了风险因子。利用德尔菲法及社会网络分析法识别分析风险,最终得出BIM技术应用过程中,无完整法律条款和措施、效益回收不明显、成果可持续使用率低对BIM技术应用推广影响最深的结论。
Abstract: With the continuous development of the construction industry, BIM technology is being adopted. However, in practical engineering, there is a large investment decision risk in the deepening promotion of BIM technology, which leads to a certain obstacle to the promotion of BIM technology. This paper determines the risk factors through the problems encountered in the application of BIM technology and the use of literature review method. The Delphi method and social network analysis method are used to identify and to analyze the risks. Finally, it is concluded that during the process of BIM technology application, there are no complete legal provisions and measures, no obvious benefit recovery, and low sustainable utilization rate of achievements.
