摘要:绿色建筑是建筑业高效、节能发展的必然趋势,建筑工业化是提高建筑业施工效率和质量的有效方式。建筑工业化是实现绿色建筑节能减排目标的有效途径之一,是建筑产业化的前提,是建筑施工理念和技术的重大变革。本文在绿色建筑背景下通过将BIM技术应用到建筑工业化领域,构建了基于先进BIM技术的建筑工业化发展模型,通过实证分析,为我国绿色建筑理念和建筑工业化发展相结合提供一个思考角度,进而为我国绿色建筑和建筑工业化研究体系的完善提供了参考。
Abstract: The green building is an inevitable trend for the development of a high-efficient and energy-saving construction industry, and construction industrialization is an effective way for the improvement of construction efficiency and quality. Construction industrialization is one of the effective approaches to realize energy-saving and emission reduction of green buildings and is a significant change in the construction concept and technology. Under the background of the green building and through the application of BIM technology in the field of construction industrialization, this article builds the construction industrialization optimization model based on BIM technology and provides a perspective for the integration of the green building concept and the development of construction industrialization. It can also be used as reference for the improvement of the research system of green building and construction industrialization in China.
