摘要:国家正在大力推广住宅产业化,其中预制装配式混凝土结构是重点内容之一。全国形成多个住宅产业现代化综合试点城市,市场迫切需要相关设计软件。启动开发适应政策导向及市场需求的装配式混凝土结构设计软件已迫在眉睫。PKPM预制装配式混凝土结构设计软件PBIMS-PC的研发,为设计人员提供预制混凝土构件的脱模、运输、吊装过程中的计算工具,实现整体结构分析及相关内力调整、连接设计,在PBIMS平台下实现预制构件库的建立、三维拆分与预拼装、碰撞检查、构件详图、材料统计、模型数据直接接力到生产加工设备。该软件的研发必将简化装配式结构设计工作、提高工作效率、减小设计错误,推动住宅产业化的进程。
Abstract: Housing industrialization in China is the development trend, and prefabricated concrete structure is one of the key elements. A number of pilot cities have been appointed in recent years, and design software is urgently needed. It is urgent to launch the software which is adapted to the policy guidance and market demand.PBIMS-PC software is an integrated system which contains component computational tools, structure analysis and detail design function for designers, and it transfers model data to processing equipment. The research and development of the software will simplify the design of the assembly structure, improve the work efficiency, reduce design errors, and promote the process of housing industrialization.
