摘要:项目信息管理系统(Project Information Management System，PIMS)的概念已经存在很多年了，但到目前为止，业界对PIMS是什么，既没有一个统一的认识，也没有一个稳定成熟的PIMS软件产品。本文分析了其中的原因和问题，并表达了作者的观点。针对应用中存在的问题，作者提出了一种开放的PIMS架构，作为今后相关领域软件开发的参考资料。
Abstract: The notion of project information management system (PIMS) has existed for decades.But by now, those who work in the area can not draw a consensus and common understanding of PIMS, and there are no industrially stable PIMS in existence.This paper aims to analyze the cause, and presents the authors'view.Authors proffer an open framework of PIMS as a reference for software development in the area.
