摘要:北京新机场高速3标是一座跨越既有六环主路的互通立交,结构复杂,施工技术难点多;工期紧,施工进度管控难度大。针对项目特点,为探索BIM技术在公路工程中的应用价值,提升项目管控能力,实现基于BIM技术的多方协同管理模式,在本项目中应用了BIM技术。在模型建立方面,提出了基于Dynamo参数化异形构件建模方法与一键式快速精准组装方法,解决了复杂互通立交建模难题,也极大提高了模型精度与工作效率;在施工技术方面,解决了包含狭小空间连续跨越障碍物钢箱梁吊装、交叉工程位置检测与工艺优化等难题,同时利用可视化交底、VR和AR等先进技术进一步提高交底针对性和互动性。在工程管控方面,利用BIM技术动态分析计划进度与实际进度,通过虚拟建造,在优化资源配置等方面起到了实效,实现了基于BIM技术的精细化协同管理。项目多项创新应用拓宽了BIM技术在公路基础设施工程中的价值,为未来在公路工程BIM技术的推广应用提供借鉴。
Abstract: The Beijing New Airport Expressway NO.3 Bid Section is an interchange that spans over the existing sixth ring with structure complexities and many construction difficulties; The schedule for construction is tight and hard to manage. For those difficulties in this project, BIM technology was implemented in this project to explore the application value of BIM technology in highway engineering, to improve project management capabilities, and to archive collaborative management mode based on BIM technology. During the modeling process, the research has proposed a Dynamo-based modeling technique for parameterized irregular shapes and One-click assembly technique. These techniques have solved the problems during modelling the complex interchange, and also have improved the work efficiencies and the model precisions. From the construction technology aspect, these techniques have solved many problems including solve the movement of steel box in small space to across continuous obstacles, detect the position of cross engineering, and optimize the construction process. Meanwhile to use visualization technologies such as VR and AR to further improve the pertinency and interoperability during the delivery process. From the project management aspect, by using BIM technology, it can dynamically analysis the planned schedule and compare with actual schedule. Also, it will impact to the resources allocation through virtual construction, to achieve BIM-based lean collaborative management. Those innovations in this project have increased the values of BIM in expressway construction and have provided references for promoting BIM technologies in future expressway project.
