摘要:本文基于房地产投资角度, 采用1997-2007年分省数据, 利用协整检验和格兰杰因果检验方法, 实证检验房地产投资与地区经济增长的关系。研究结果显示, 房地产投资与地区经济增长之间存在长期关系, 房地产投资可以促进地区经济增长, 地区经济增长也可以促进房地产投资。
Abstract: Based on the data of real estate investment and gross domestic production (GDP) of each province from 1997 to 2007, this paper tries to analyze the relationship between them by using Cointegration Test and Granger Causality Test.The research reveals that there is a long-term interaction between real estate investment and gross domestic production.Expanding real estate investment could stimulate the growth of gross domestic production, and the changes of GDP will also have effect on real estate investment.
